Marsha Rupp
Marsha’s career began with Aetna as an Account Manager in the sales and marketing of employee benefit programs, followed by a wealth of positions on various boards and volunteer organizations.
She comes to the First Tee from the Connecticut State Golf Association where she was the Director of Women’s Golf, Competitions and Development since 2018. During that time, Marsha planned and performed all aspects of tournament administration duties for Women’s Golf championships, and numerous other CSGA tournaments. She focused on building relationships with other golf associations, acquiring new tournament sponsors and helped promote and foster women’s and junior girls golf initiatives.
A native of CT, Marsha attended Kingswood-Oxford School and enjoyed success as a junior golfer. She earned a B.A. degree in Economics and Business Administration from Furman University where she was a member of the Division 1 Women’s Golf Team. Recently, Marsha served three years as the Assistant Volunteer Coach to the Hartford Hawks Women’s golf team. She is the proud mother to three wonderful children and resides with her husband and two rescue dogs.
