Payton Dorsch – Bio

Payton joined the First Tee – Connecticut in March 2024 as the Assistant Program Director. She received her degree in Sport Management from the University of Delaware and following gradation she began a career in the golf industry working with a sport marketing company. She also has a background working for numerous years as a Golf Camp Counselor at Richter Park Golf Course (a First Tee – Connecticut Program Location)

She is an avid golfer and runner who grew up in Danbury. Payton is extremely excited to begin her journey at the First Tee – Connecticut where she can continue to grow the game of golf and build impactful and long-lasting relationships with the First Tee participants!”
